Rabbit’s ditty from Alice in Wonderland has been running through my mind for weeks now. More like “I’m behind, I’m behind…” but I guess that’s not as catchy.
I’m on the proverbial hamster wheel of life. Every weekend feels like Ground Hog’s Day. Workout, clean, sleep, eat, drink and clean some more. Suddenly it’s Monday but I have yet to catch up.
Past-due blog posts pile up, my guilt increasing with the growing list. All I can say is “sorry,” I have the best of intentions. Please bear with me. Now I’m thinking of you thinking of me sitting next to a bear. Add A.D.H.D to the list.
Speaking of cats, when looking for the above photo or Mr Rabbit and his pocket watch, I watched a clip of “Alice In Wonderland” only to discover Alice was a cat lady.
She had a “real life” cat by the name of “Dinah” who was upstaged by that rather rude and creepy Cheshire Cat. Not only that, but Alice has (had?) a British accent.
Am I alone in having failed to recall these things? Great, I’m behind, have A.D.H.D and am losing my memory. Can you relate to feeling behind? Any tips on how to make oneself feel better about it? And/or how to catch up?
