Whatever you celebrate, I wish you all the best this holiday season! I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful blog following. Thank you all for making I HAVE CAT such a success!
These are my first attempts at using the photo editing software Elements (aka Photoshop for dummies!). Maybe next year I’ll be able to create one card with me and the cats together!
I’m excited to be able to post these composites, as one of my two New Years resolutions was to learn Photoshop (I’m going to say this is close enough!). The other one was to plan a Safari to Africa which I’m excited to say I’ve done! My sister and I are going to Tanzania in February for two weeks. I can’t wait! I’ll be sure to share photos!
This might be the first year I’ve actually achieved my resolutions. I think the key is to make sure they are something you have control over (vs “finding the love of my life”!).
Did you make any New Years resolutions this last year? What were they and did you achieve them?

I want to learn how to use photoshop as well. And need to start working on my resolutions for next year.
So far I only have “loose weight”
Get ELEMENTS, it’s the simper, cheaper version of Photoshop!
You are a pro! (probably not a dummy). Have a wonderful Christmas!
Same to you – thanks! =^^=
Happy Holidays to you, Tamar!
Same to you and your family!
Tamar, you did darned well for your first attempt! You’ve probably achieved one of your resolutions and it isn’t even the new year. Now, on to Africa! I don’t usually make yearly resolutions because I’ve never achieved them…
Aw thanks! well it was the 2012 resolution so talk about procrastination! LOLOL! This year i was sure to pick very specific task-like resolutions! LOLOOL! Or else trust me, I’m always like “to be more contented”, “more grateful” – hard to measure those! LOL!
LOVE your Rudolph card! Too cool about you going to Africa, can’t wait to hear all about it! I like the word “intentions” instead of “resolutions”…I have lots of “intentions” for this year…we shall see….last year some happened! MERRY, MERRY CHRISTMAS! xoxo
Thanks Caren! I like the words intentions too! Hope you had a lovely Christmas! I’m still at the parents in PJs!
Oooo La La Tamar! You make a “rowl-icious” reindeer! Happy Christmas!
Harry, Dexter and Tipp
Thanks! I guess I could have put a red nose on myself too! LOL!
Congratulations on another terrific year of I HAVE CAT, Tamar! You bring so many smiles to us all. You’ve inspired me to download Elements from the Apple App Store. I plan to have some fun with it this year. I guess you can call that a resolution. I’ve stopped making the “big” resolutions. In my 60s, I’m going with the flow (or trying to)! Love to you, Petie, Haddie and Kip from me, Audrey, Joey, Phoebe and Kipper!
Rena thank you for your support – it means a lot! I’m so happy to have inspired you to give Elements a shot! Start with the “easy” part. There are online videos too that can be helpful!
Good for you on the resolutions. I achieved one of mine this year too. God bless you in this coming year and may God bring into your life that loved one.
Thank you Rollie!
Those are great photos. No resolutions here. LOL. How exciting to go on a safari. Merry Christmas.

Tamar, that’s pretty awesome for a first attempt. There’s nothing you can’t do when you decide to do it. I feel 2013 is going to be a game changer and I can’t wait! Safari Big Cats! I have an idea…
Thanks Layla!!! Hope you have been having a wonderful holiday! Here we come 2013!!!
Merry Christmas to you and the kitties!
I have plenty of resolutions for my human to fulfill but she wouldn’t accept them!
